How to return my item…
We hope that you are happy with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement.
If you change your mind and your product is unopened?
We can offer a full refund* or replacement for another product at the same price.
If you have opened your product and it is faulty?
After the product has been analysed by our Production team and deemed faulty, we will a full refund** or alternatively a replacement for another product at the same price.
All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging fully intact (this include tamper-proof seals, booklet information and boxes).
When returning your purchase, we recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your order returns to us. We are not liable for any returns that are lost in transit while being returned.
- Complete the form below to obtain a Returns Reference Number and the returns address.
- Check your inbox and print the returns form that we send to you
- Place the item and returns form in appropriate packaging (we recommend recycling the packaging used to send your order)
- Return your item to the address provided
*We currently do not offer a refund on the cost of postage
**We will refund the cost of postage on faulty items being sent for analysis, if the product is deemed faulty.
