Please note that international shipping times will range depending on the country. We expect these time frames cannot guarantee these delivery times as it depends on the courier service in your resident country. Europe: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Rest of the World: Canada, Costa Rica, Colombia, India, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, Thailand, the United States of America, and Uruguay.

Kindly be aware that, in accordance with our website’s terms and conditions, if your order is confiscated by customs upon reaching its destination, we cannot accept responsibility for any seized items. In certain instances, some items may be returned to us. Upon receipt of these returned items, we will promptly provide a refund for the item(s) received.

Need to make a return?

We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of your order arriving. We will also accept returns of faulty items. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back to us in a resalable condition, unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.
 
To make a return, please send us an email via customerservice@britishcannabis.org.
 
Once your return is accepted you will need to post the item back to us before being issues a refund. All returns are at the cost of the customers.

Delivered via Royal Mail’s 24hr Tracked service. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, can be expected within 1–2 working days for all Mainland UK deliveries.

Delivered via Royal Mail’s 48hr Tracked service. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, can be expected within 2–3 working days for all Mainland UK deliveries.
